Hearty and delicious traditional Beef Goulash SoupšŸ„£ Favourite and popular meal throughout Europe dating back hundreds of years. Tender chunks of beef are seared in the flavourful, rendered fat from salt pork. Then, it is combined with sautĆ©ed onions to braise util tender in an amazing, rich broth. Lots of different spices and herbs are added to the broth including Hungarian paprika ( of course ) plus caraway seeds, marjoram, garlic and bay leaves. Finally when beef is fork-tender - my favourite part - yellow potatoes are added to the pot and cooked through. Enjoy ! Terezka
