Sunday night meal prep was a huge tray of roast veggies 😝. - On the menu this week is cauliflower, capsicum, carrot and zucchini tossed with olive oil and spiced up with @mingleseasoning garlic and dill shaker. If you are new to the kitchen and unsure which flavours pair well together, then the best place to start is with a spice mix! - The only issue is that almost all spice blends contain thickeners/fillers and sugar (why?! 😑). To avoid these added nasties I was shaking 5, 6, 7+ different individual spices over my meat and veg to get the right flavour combo WITHOUT the added yucky stuff. - I’m all about time saving/efficiency and these shakers hit that nail on the head. One shaker = all the flavour into one spice blend with no nasties. So far my favourite is definitely the Moroccan with chicken, garlic and dill on my veg and the cacao coconut on yoghurt. . . . . . #spices #roastvegetables #roastedvegetables #mingleseasoning #sydneyfoodshare #veggieworld #mealprepmadeeasy #easymealprep #sydneyfoodblog #recipeblog #cauliflower #capsicum #zucchini #healthyeating #nutrients #eattherainbow🌈 #sugarfree #seasonings #ilovevegetables
