This is what dinner in prep can look like. Sitting under 3 weeks until stage. Meals don't need to be boring but sometimes they get weird. This is actually delicious!! Turmeric crispy skin barramundi with nori. Lettuce, olives, walnuts and coconut cream with parsley and a beautiful cup of ginger and turmeric bone broth!! So full of omegas, beautiful saturated fats, protein and flavour. Meals don't need to be bland chicken breast, rice and broccoli. It's also so important to think of the nutrients our bodies require especially in a deficit. I am obsessed with turmeric to help calm down inflammation from tearing myself up at the gym and reduce tendencies to flare my autoimmune thyroiditis.
