Yes I’m back and with a spicy chick pea Sunday afternoon snack. Otherwise I won’t stay awake for the dog walk and horse stuff later! Add one tbsp of Harissa paste to a heated frying pan with a big slug of oil. Add a generous tbsp of cumin, turmeric, Garamond masala and a pinch of salt. Heat the chick peas until they literally sizzle and make popping noises...obviously don’t burn them. Then a few thin slices of red onion, fresh coriander and grated vegan cheese .. Warm some pitta breads and stuff them as you like. Delicious and brilliant value.
